French Polishing and other Finishes Our French polishers use traditional methods to reproduce or blend to original surfaces. We pride ourselves on detail and accuracy. When we revive or restore surfaces particular attention is paid to conserving the original patination (ageing, i.e. natural marks and colouration achieved over many years of use). Our goal is to return surfaces to their natural state of their period. Our clients often say "I can't see what you have done!". A compliment in itself.
